Recht gut ausgestattete Wohnung, lediglich etwas alt was die Möbel angeht. Küche alles da was benötigt wird, auch Spülmaschine. Die Betten sind Ok, Matratzen recht neu aber die Lattenroste sind sehr alt und klapprig. Die Anlage im Algemeinen ist rechsee more
Recht gut ausgestattete Wohnung, lediglich etwas alt was die Möbel angeht. Küche alles da was benötigt wird, auch Spülmaschine. Die Betten sind Ok, Matratzen recht neu aber die Lattenroste sind sehr alt und klapprig. Die Anlage im Algemeinen ist recht schön, und der Poolbereich wird täglich gereinigt. Zugang war rund um die Uhr möglich. Haben uns Wohl gefühlt und bei 4 Personen ist der Preis auch recht gut. Komunikation mit der Verwaltung der Wohnung sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

El check-in on line un poco complicado. Hay que completar bien los formularios de todos los ocupantes y subir las fotos de los dnis. Por el contrario una vez hecho muy cómodo porque no hay que rellenar papeles ni acercarse a oficinas de la agencia.

Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung genau den Bildern. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse, beheizter Pool, sehr ruhig gelegen. Über die Uferpromenade waren zu beiden Seiten in kurzer Laufnähe Restaurants erreichbar. Gutes WLAN. Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung erfolgte in der Wohnung, das Personal war über whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Die defekte Kaffekanne wurde umgehend ausgetauscht.

Direkt vor der Terrasse liegen nämlich der Pool (quasi unser Privatpool) und eine Snackbar, die geschlossen hatte - wenn man Ruhe sucht und die Anlage voll ist, wäre es wohl nicht der richtige Ort.

Wonderful holiday home, managed by Canariasgetaway, completely renovated in September 2023 with top quality materials, next to Las Burras beach, in the south of Gran Canaria. Accommodation of 85 m², with exquisite decoration, spacious living room with large windows overlooking a quiet communal pool and the sea in the background. It has two large double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.5 metres wide and the second with two single beds of 0.9 metres wide, two complete bathrooms and a very spacious living room. It has a capacity for four people. Just a stone's throw from the beach, ideal for families and with everything you need for a great holiday, both short breaks and long stays on the beach. Perfectly equipped with air conditioning, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, iron, hairdryer, 1 fan, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German). Wifi with unlimited internet connection of 500MB. American style kitchen with an island, fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. It has a smart lock to be able to leave without keys, at night it is convenient to take the access key to the complex in case they lock the door.
