Fantastic holiday home of 35 m² with sea view, in a building built at the end of 2022 next to Las Canteras beach, in the city centre.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: lift, iron, internet access (wifi) 600 MB, hairdryer, 1 TV, radio and air conditioning.
In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The house, with top quality materials, is tastefully designed for travellers who wish to enjoy the island, offers all the comforts to have a wonderful stay on the island and with availability to work, thanks to its 600 MB of internet speed, while enjoying the sea views.
It is very practical, functional, technological and eco friendly, with low consumption appliances, LED lighting, recycling tanks, water flow regulators and due to its good location, it is not necessary to have a car, you can move on foot, by bicycle or using public transport, as the bus station (Guaguas) is less than 500 metres away, in the famous Santa Catalina Park and from there you can move to any part of the island.
The access to the building, as well as to the holiday home, offers the opportunity to enter without a key, so you can go for a swim or discover the island without worrying about the keys.
In short, a wonderful accommodation to enjoy alone or with a partner the miniature continent that is the island of Gran Canaria and its kind inhabitants.

Kan till 100% rekommendera lägenheten. Var i förväg lite orolig för storleken men lägenheten var mycket smart planerad. Fönster från golv till tak gjorde den mycket luftig och därför kändes den större än 35 kvadrat. Min fru och jag stannade i 5 veckosee more

Fönster från golv till tak gjorde den mycket luftig och därför kändes den större än 35 kvadrat. Min fru och jag stannade i 5 veckor och trivdes hela tiden. Lägenheten är mycket väl utrustad, saknade ingenting och läget är det absolut bästa. Därutöver vill jag bara rekommendera Canarias Getaway som den bästa hyresvärden. Mycket praktiskt som kund att ha ett lokalt kontor att kontakta vid eventuella fel.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read the description of the beautiful holiday home Canteras Sand Reef By CanariasGetaway. Completely renovated in June 2023, less than 45 metres from the best urban beach in the world and in the city centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Located in a pedestrian street that leads to Las Canteras Beach, right in the area known as Playa Grande, due to its large sandy area. To access the building you have to climb four steps, once inside the building you can use the ramp that takes you directly to the lift. The flat is on the third floor of a five-storey building, it is exterior, very bright and fresh. Everything is integrated in a single space, except for the bathroom, which makes it very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washer and dryer in one, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine and small appliances. It has a comfortable two-seater sofa, very comfortable for reading or to enjoy the 43-inch Smart TV with an articulated arm that allows you to watch it from anywhere in the house. The 1.5 metre wide bed with a medium firm quality mattress has a chest for storing beach items and above it there is a ceiling fan with remote control, there are also adjustable reading lamps on the sides. To access the bathroom there is a small step of five centimetres, the door is sliding to maximize space, it has a large window, so it is very bright, like the whole house, shower tray with screen, a cupboard to store cleaning utensils, toilet with dual flush and sink with storage space. The house is ideal for couples who come to discover the island and enjoy it, offering the availability of teleworking thanks to the high speed wifi. It has been designed with sustainability in mind, as although it is very bright, all the lighting is LED, the appliances are low consumption, it has water flow regulators and recycling bins. It also has smart locks, so during the day you can go to the beach or discover the island without having to worry about the keys.
