The accommodation of 47 m², with capacity for 2 people, has a semi-independent bedroom, an open plan kitchen and a cosy living room with large windows and lots of light.
It has a lift, iron, safe, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, 1 Smart Tv.
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The accommodation is located behind the park of La Luz and 400 m from the sandy beach "Las Canteras". It has all the necessary services around, both supermarkets and shops. The beach area has a large avenue where you can also find all kinds of shops and services and activities to do. There is also a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, etc...
In the Santa Catalina park, at about 15 minutes walking distance you can find the bus interchange "Santa Catalina", with all the bus lines to explore the island such as the village of Teror at 30km, the Natural Park of Tamadaba at 66km.
The south of the island is also very recommendable to explore: Maspalomas beach with its marvellous dunes, or the village of Mogán, with its traditional fishing port.
In the south you can also find the fun of a water park: "Aqualand Maspalomas" or an amusement park: "Holiday World".
But to enjoy the beach of Las Cateras is always a very recommendable option.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hält alles, was man so braucht bereit. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Lage ist zudem ideal, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell am Strand, am Hafen, mitten in der Stadt und auch sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden, mit denen man sehr günstig und schnell über die ganze Insel kommt. Wir haben außerdem sehr schnell und unkompliziert einen Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft von dem Gastgeber organisiert bekommen. Ein Stern Abzug, wegen der Sauberkeit des Geschirrs und weil während unseres Aufenthaltes auch früh morgens schon sehr laute Bauarbeiten im Haus stattfanden. Die Gegend ist vom Straßenverkehr her generell etwas belebter. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft trotzdem sehr passend für uns und hat uns eine schöne Zeit auf Gran Canaria beschert! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Thank you very much for taking the time to read the description of the beautiful holiday home Canteras Sand Reef By CanariasGetaway. Completely renovated in June 2023, less than 45 metres from the best urban beach in the world and in the city centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Located in a pedestrian street that leads to Las Canteras Beach, right in the area known as Playa Grande, due to its large sandy area. To access the building you have to climb four steps, once inside the building you can use the ramp that takes you directly to the lift. The flat is on the third floor of a five-storey building, it is exterior, very bright and fresh. Everything is integrated in a single space, except for the bathroom, which makes it very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washer and dryer in one, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine and small appliances. It has a comfortable two-seater sofa, very comfortable for reading or to enjoy the 43-inch Smart TV with an articulated arm that allows you to watch it from anywhere in the house. The 1.5 metre wide bed with a medium firm quality mattress has a chest for storing beach items and above it there is a ceiling fan with remote control, there are also adjustable reading lamps on the sides. To access the bathroom there is a small step of five centimetres, the door is sliding to maximize space, it has a large window, so it is very bright, like the whole house, shower tray with screen, a cupboard to store cleaning utensils, toilet with dual flush and sink with storage space. The house is ideal for couples who come to discover the island and enjoy it, offering the availability of teleworking thanks to the high speed wifi. It has been designed with sustainability in mind, as although it is very bright, all the lighting is LED, the appliances are low consumption, it has water flow regulators and recycling bins. It also has smart locks, so during the day you can go to the beach or discover the island without having to worry about the keys.
