In the quiet and familiar condominium of Aldeia das Açoteias, you will find the cozy Villa Falésia Beach House. This private condominium has large gardens, as well as two attractive communal pools where you can enjoy the Algarve sun and make your vacation an unforgettable experience.
The Villa Falésia Beach House has the features of the traditional Algarve villas but with a modern touch due to its recent refurbishment.
The villa has two floors, having also a terrace area outside where you can enjoy an appetizing outdoor meal. Inside, the villa can accommodate up to 5 people that can be distributed in the two double bedrooms and the sofa bed available. It also has two full bathrooms with shower and an open space kitchen. For guests' comfort, the villa offers Internet access (wifi) and air conditioning.
The Falésia Beach House is within a short distance of a wide variety of stores, bars, restaurants and excellent beaches.
A security deposit will be charged for groups aged 26 and under.
This amount will be refunded after the stay and verification that the property is in good condition.
The Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night will be charged to people aged 13 or over and for stays of up to 7 (seven) nights.
