'Can Pau' (Sa Vinya Vella) is a lovely and quiet villa where you can feel the nature of the Mediterranean countryside located just 1km. to the relaxing beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan of Alcudia (Bay of Pollensa). Can Pau is a refurbished traditional Majorcan house with garden, fruit tree area, a cosy pool and terraces. It was just built on June 2008 keeping the essence of an original historic house. Inside the house there are 3 Bedrooms. A main bedroom with a double bed and AC and two twin bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each one. There are two family bathrooms and a dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen. You have also a hall with a sofa area where you will find a satellite TV with International channels adn Wifi. All rooms of the house have air conditioning. There is a porch close to the gardens and a cosy swimming pool with deck terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean way of life. There is a second building with an outdoor dining area and breakfast area under a shadow, a BBQ, and a roost with chickens and fresh eggs. Can Pau is located just 600 meters to the historical center of Alcudia, a Roman and medieval village plenty of cosy bars and restaurants in a quiet atmosphere. Just 1,5 km away you´ll find Puerto de Alcudia beach, Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path.

Tía Catalina (Son Rotger) is a wonderful villa with a large private pool, located in the north of the island 4 kilometers from Alcudia, in a quiet rural area, with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains. It is an ideal villa for families and children, just 10 minutes by car from the best beaches in Mallorca, such as Alcudia beach, Platja de Muro or Puerto de Pollensa. Tía Catalina is a completely private villa with a large garden area, trees and grass, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue area facing the pool. There is a furnished terrace area that surrounds the house with beautiful views of the garden and pool. The 8m x 4m swimming pool with panoramic views is surrounded by the grassy area with sun loungers and umbrellas all around. Tía Catalina has 3 rooms with air conditioning: 1 double room and 2 rooms with two single beds, as well as 2 complete bathrooms. Towels as well as bed linen are included. The house offers an independent and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and with access to the outside terrace and the dining room. The living room has a sofa area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. This house is a 10-minute drive from the beach, 7 km from Pollensa Golf Club, 6 km from S'Abufera Natural Park, where there are numerous species of birds, and about 35 minutes by car from the international airport of Son Sant Joan in Palma de Mallorca.
