Villa Teix de Bonaire is a wonderful villa for 10 people located in the luxurious and quiet residential area of Bonaire, just 300 meters from some of the best beaches in Mallorca such as Sant Pere, Sant Joan, the natural rocks of Bonaire or the coves of S´ ' illot located in a protected natural environment.
All these nearby beaches are a wonder of nature for their crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning views of Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa.
Located among pine trees and with an ever-present gaze to the sea, this 220-square-meter villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for 10 people stands. The first thing that surprises us about this house is its tranquility, the peace that everything in it breathes, which makes it the ideal place to enjoy a quiet family vacation.
A sunny lawn garden welcomes us. Among Mediterranean trees, grass and a centenary olive tree, we find here some corners that will make us enjoy wonderful breakfasts in the sun, with the constant presence of the breeze and the sound of the birds.
From the garden you can access the house. We open the door and we are surprised by the intense blue light that comes from the terrace overlooking the sea. Before reaching the terrace we go through a spacious and comfortable living / dining room where we find the sofa area in front of the plasma television and the indoor dining table.
Now yes, we access the terrace that is simply impressive. A lot of sensations arrive instantly: the peace of the place, the light of the Mediterranean, the infinite blue of the sea, the breeze, the aroma of the pines, ... and to enjoy it, the house offers an area of sofas and a low dining table this privileged porch of 25 m2.
Entering the house again we have on the right the kitchen, fully equipped, built in noble wood and of course, with views of the sea. Without a doubt, a paradise for those who love cooking. And much more if we consider that Villa Teix de Bonaire also has a built-in barbecue, which will allow guests to enjoy even more evenings in this house.
The house has 5 bedrooms (three of them on the first floor and two on the lower floor) and 3 bathrooms (one on the first floor and two on the lower floor).
Crossing the living room we find the main room "Wood". A double room with sea views. This 13 m2 room has a 140x190 double bed and offers Air Conditioning.
On the same floor we find the rooms "Green" and "Blue" of about 11 m2. "Green has two beds of 90 x 190 and" Blue "also has two beds of 90 x 190 in trundle.
On the first floor we have a 7 m2 “Blue Family Bathroom” with bathtub and shower.
We return to the living room and from there we go down some stairs that will take us to the lower floor. A second room, even larger than the main one, welcomes us before entering the two rooms on this floor.
On the one hand, the “Nogal” double room, a 13 m2 space with air conditioning and a 140 x 190 cm double bed.
Right there we find the fifth room, the twin “Yellow, of 10 m2 and which has two beds of 90 x 190 cm.

Die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr geeignet für ein entspanntes Urlaub. Die Nähe zur Altstadt Alcudia und zur Küste mit Badebuchten und kleinen Sandstränden aber auch steinigen Küstenabschnitten und den Yachthafen Port Bonaire bieten viel Abwechslunsee more
Die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr geeignet für ein entspanntes Urlaub. Die Nähe zur Altstadt Alcudia und zur Küste mit Badebuchten und kleinen Sandstränden aber auch steinigen Küstenabschnitten und den Yachthafen Port Bonaire bieten viel Abwechslung. Mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Das Anwesen wirkt gepflegt und sauber und ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet.

Insektenschutz. Die Terrasse konnten wir nur eingeschränkt nutzen, wegen den zahlreichen Moskitos. Moskitonetze hätten da sicherlich geholfen. Für die Betten, hatten wir eigene Netze mittgenommen.

La estadía en la casa de Tolo ha sido genial, ha respondido a todas nuestras dudas y siempre fue muy amable no le tuvimos el placer de conocerlo, pero recomiendo totalmente su casa es amplia cómoda como para 12 personas está muy bien ubicada, en una see more
La estadía en la casa de Tolo ha sido genial, ha respondido a todas nuestras dudas y siempre fue muy amable no le tuvimos el placer de conocerlo, pero recomiendo totalmente su casa es amplia cómoda como para 12 personas está muy bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila pero accesible al centro del Alcudia. lo único a destacar que no se cuenta con aire acondicionado en toda la propiedad únicamente hay un aire en la sala comedor y las demás estancias. Cuenta con un ventilador la parte baja de la casa, que es como un semisótano hay dos habitaciones y una zona amplia de estar el hecho de no poderse ventilar correctamente, así que el calor se acumule y también un poco de olor recomendaría instalar mosquiteras, ya que si abres para ventilar, entran bastantes mosquitos y zancudos.

Villa Bell Lloc Bonaire is a magnificent property of premium holidays: construction contemporary air with a fragrant Mediterranean garden dotted with olive and lemon trees with a fantastic pool flanked by a row of chairs design, ping pong and your feet an attractive corner chill out with elegant rattan furniture. Also they are surrounding the house a porch covered with a bank of colonial aesthetic and dining outdoor barbecue and a terrace that embraces the first floor with breakfast area and reading corner. Luxury housing built with quality materials has marble floors and parquet, heating, air conditioning and WIFI. We receive a large living room opening onto the garden and pool exquisitely decorated with outstanding works of contemporary design with TV area with comfortable sofas and a dining area which highlight the incredible lamps. On the left we found a family bathroom with shower, a warm and elegant double bedroom with a large closet, a single bedroom with access to the wonderful garden, a second family bathroom also with shower and a single bedroom also with wardrobe, TV and exit to the garden. In the background the laundry room with washer and dryer and then the incredible designer kitchen large, modern and functional is located, in black and equipped with electrical appliances in stainless steel, a bright dining area and exit to the garden the pool. A marble staircase leads sleek to the first floor where we received one second warm, serene and comfortable lounge with an office area and open to the terrace and sea views sofas.
