Beautiful country house north of Ciutadella with large garden with lawn, swimming pool and covered terrace. Can Xiscu has 3 very nice double bedrooms, one with en suite, and another bathroom for the other rooms. It hasa seperate fully equipped kitchen, living room facing large covered terrace, garden lawn and private pool. TV and WIFI is FREE !!!! Perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet we want after a hard year of work. Can Xiscu has a nice barbecue for our summer dinners under the moon.

The Villa is only a short drive away from golden, sand beach. The private pool & parking is ideal for a family. The only thing that would make this Villa perfect is the fitting of air conditioning, which it sadly lacks & instead of a few old fans.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber, Haus wurde in den 2 Wochen auch gereinigt und Wäsche gewechselt, sehr gut, allerdings waren wir vom Reinigungsteam überrascht worden, da wir nicht damit gerechnet hatten, Vielen Dank auch an die gute Unterstützungsee more

* sehr gepflegter Garten mit wunderbar weichem Rasen * perfekter Grillplatz! * Außendusche! * zu jeder Tageszeit viel natürlicher Schatten Die wunderschönen Agentur-Fotos vermitteln ein wenig mehr Luxus, als ihn das schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Haus in der Realität bietet. Aber es ist ein äußerst charmantes Refugium. Wir (4 Personen) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns bestens erholt. Leider war unser Spanisch zu schlecht, sodass wir uns mit dem überaus sympathischen Herrn (Hausmeister?), der uns einmal frische Handtücher brachte und der auch am Abreisetag kam, nicht näher unterhalten konnten. Herzlichen Dank an ihn und an Dionne für die gute Betreuung! |

Wir fanden in der 3. Augustwoche mehrere Formulare von Vorgänger*innen vor, auf denen u.a. die kompletten Daten der Personen angeführt waren. |
