This cosy and spacious apartment is the perfect place for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the peaceful town of Santo Tomás. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The property has a private pool, ideal for cooling off on warm summer days. It also has a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.
All the rooms have air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. There is also WiFi available throughout the accommodation, allowing guests to stay connected.
The location of this apartment is ideal for families, as it is only 300 metres from the sandy beach of Santo Tomás and a short distance from supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops. It is also close to golf courses and other local attractions.
The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will require a mandatory deposit of €150 per person for groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by card before arrival and refunded upon departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a "Sustainable Tourism Tax" for all tourists travelling to the Balearics. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
