Inside, you'll find all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. It also has a washing machine and cooking utensils.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the villa has WiFi and satellite TV in Spanish and English. There is also a safe for added security.

The location of this villa is ideal for families, as it is only 1 km from the Son Bou beach and a short distance from supermarkets, restaurants and other services. It is also close to Mahón Airport (21 km) and the hospital (22 km).

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
