Mediterranean style and located in one of the most exclusive streets of Torre Soli, Villa Romani invites you to enjoy fabulous views of Son Bou beach. The villa is made up of two floors and is accessed by ramp or stairs. On the first floor is the dining room equipped (TV with digital channels and free Wi-Fi, DVD) with air conditioning with direct access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker and Italian or filter coffee maker and fridge with freezer. It has a separate toilet. There is also direct access to a beautiful and covered outdoor terrace with its corresponding built-in barbecue area, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea. On the ground floor are the three double rooms, the first room, a little larger and with access to the terrace with sea views, has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other 2 with single beds both with air conditioning and access to the terrace and finally a separate bathroom with shower. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Where the pool is located (9x5), it is spacious and from it you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, it is equipped with outdoor furniture. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful villa of 242 meters built with three Mediterranean-style bedrooms, located very close to the Son Bou beach and the shopping center. It has a private access for the car and the whole house is built on the same level, so it is very comfortable. From the street you go up the stairs to the terrace level where there is a nice area with outdoor furniture and access to the villa. Inside, it has a wonderful living room with TV, air conditioning and open through an arch leading to the fully equipped kitchen.
